Annapolis to Delaware City

First crab pot hit coming out of Annapolis low sun shining off the water made it very hard to see the pots. Went right over it and it did not hit the props, I was hoping not to have to try out the new “hookah rig”. Still too cold for the old guy to get into the water.

Beautiful calm day on the Chesapeake, and easy run across the Chesapeake and Delaware channel. Turns out the Delaware City Marina is closed on Mother’s Day and on Monday, who would have “thunk it”. Weather be damn off to Cape May!
