Sea-Tirement Adventures

Travel from Fernandina/Amelia Island to Jekyll Island.

Little wind leaving the marina but blowing the right direction to get us off the dock and then easy out the channel. The weather was agreeable but the tides were against us. Not a big deal just an extra 45 minutes.

Another tight slip to get into but all went well.

Beautiful afternoon in Jekyll Island. After cleaning the boat we took the dinghy out to a beach and walk around looking for driftwood and shells. Didn’t find anything worth bringing back but had a nice afternoon. Cooked out on the grill and saw a great sunset.
