Hoppies Marina to Cotton Bar Anchorage

Seventy mile trip on the Mississippi River, started raining around noon and didn’t stop until 4:30am. About 1:30’our friends who were anchored with us woke us up to say their anchor had moved and maybe ours too. Got dress and went to check, I really wasn’t sure so we went through the process of resetting the anchor. Thank god for the headsets and large spot light on the boat. Boat was full of mud from the bottom and I was soaked. Life on the boat!
