Left St. Joseph Michigan at 9:30 waiting for the winds to calm. Fill the fuel tanks at West Basin Marina on the way out of the river.
The winds didn’t calm much and we had a beam sea all the way to Chicago. Snotty day on Lake Michigan! The boat handled it better than the Admiral and Captain. Five and half hours later and we are in the Windy City.
Going for pizza tonight and through the city tomorrow. On our way again! Super excited to gat going again.
